Listed and sold a home
I felt the agency did a good job with getting the house listed and marketed. Tom did give me some good advice on what to do and not do as I got my home ready to sell, but after the listing I do not feel that I was given good advice or that there was much of an attempt at creating a competitive process to maximize what I received as the seller, even though the agency was my agent. I also was very disappointed on the lack of advice on the process and what to do when during the closing process. The last time I sold a home was about 36 years before this, and the process is completely different. I could not recommend this agency to anyone else.

Tom and his team did a great job recently in helping us to buy a home in Ohio. He is very professional - highly knowledgeable of the real estate business and always available when questions arose. This is the second time we have utilized Tom’s services and would do so again! Highly recommend

His team of industry experts was also fantastic and helped us navigate the complicated process from touring houses to negotiations during closing and beyond. Tom has done a great job for me twice - once when I was buying and once when I was selling. He has always been responsive and knowledgeable. He is aware of the market and market trends. He ably assisted in securing my home purchase at a price below-asking and assisted in securing an above-asking price on the sale of my home. Tom answered emails promptly and showed me as many properties that I desired to look at. Could not ask for more.
