He isn't pushy, just gave us facts; e.g., how homes in our neighborhood were selling, and let us make the decisions. Tom went above and beyond to help with the sale of my mother’s house. I had moved my mother and live 4+ hours away. Tom was there to make sure some things got done that I couldn’t do because of location. He’s is professional, kind and does have his client’s best interest at hand. Would on,y use him going forward if I lived in the state.

Tom was patient working with us. We are going through a divorce and Tom was sensitive to our family's needs during this difficult time. Tom took the time to understand the features and benefits of our home. The house was marketed professionally and Tom generated quick interest in our home and sold it for above asking. I feel the asking price was a good one and obviously happy with the results of multiple offers first day. The closing process went well and Tom was along supporting us throughout the journey. I would recommend Tom to anyone looking for a premium home in the Akron/Cleveland area. I will partner with Tom again when buying and selling.

Want the job done? Hire Tom! We were out-of-town clients. That made us harder to work with than the average client. He would show us houses at the last minute. He would preview houses for us at times. We backed out of a contract, he didn't try to change our minds or question us, he just sent the contract release. We looked at a lot of houses across the spectrum because we were not married to one particular house type. He was ok with that. He always returns emails and texts promptly, even if it is way to late at night to be working. He is just a huge go-getter! I would recommend him. I will probably use him in the future for purchasing rentals.

Thomas showed a comprehensive awareness of market value and how to offer the property to achieve good offers. He provided valuable contacts we used to clean and prep the home. He suggested an estate liquidator to handle disposal of furnishings, including many valuable collectable items, which provided a much larger than expected gain with minimal seller effort. His listing of the property resulted in 3 well qualified offers above the asking price within 3 days. He and his staff helped us through the property transfer with minimal time and energy required of the sellers.
